Manage Your Account

To pause your account, go to the Settings section after logging in, find the Account Management area, and select "Pause Account." This will temporarily deactivate your account without deleting your data.

Creating a Portfolio

Begin by collecting all necessary documents and materials that showcase your skills and achievements. Then, use the "Create Portfolio" feature on our platform.

Review the Portfolio Guidelines section for detailed information on what to include, format specifications, and tips for making your portfolio stand out.

Use a smartphone or webcam to record your video. Ensure you're in a well-lit, quiet environment. Briefly introduce yourself and highlight your career objectives. p>

Choose a professional-looking photograph of yourself. Ensure it's high-quality, with good lighting and a neutral background. Upload it in the designated section.

Create a short video using Loom, narrating a significant achievement. Focus on the context, your actions, and the outcome. Upload this video to your portfolio.

Navigate to the appropriate section of your portfolio and select "Upload." Choose the file you wish to add. Ensure it meets the format and size requirements.

To change any item, go to the respective request section and request for a section to be edited, find the item, and select "Edit" or "Replace." Upload the new file and save the changes.
